Job summary

Eliassen Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Supplier Procurement Coordinator to support BAU procurement operations, including onboarding, invoicing, purchasing, and sanction screenings. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite in Richmond and offers W2 benefits via a strong client package.

The ideal candidate has experience with Coupa or similar platforms, Google Workspace, and exposure to AI tools, plus clear written and verbal communication and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a close team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supplier procurement activities, including onboarding, invoicing, and purchasing.
• Perform sanction screenings in accordance with policy.
• Assist with increased volume related to the DFS integration and critical timelines.
• Collaborate with a Richmond-based supplier enablement team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within procurement systems.
