Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage purchasing activities, review requisitions, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The role involves using commercial analysis techniques and collaborating with various teams to optimize the supply chain process.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency. Hybrid work is offered with locations in Findlay, OH or Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Business, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP (or other ERP) and Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and proper approvals.
• Purchase materials, equipment, and incidental services.
• Resolve PO and invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and suppliers.
• Expedite commitments to meet delivery and supplier performance.
• Use SAP/ERP tools to support supply chain controls.
• Conduct RFQs, bid analyses, and negotiations to ensure value.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure acceptable terms and minimize risk.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier sources.
• Analyze price and discuss schedules with suppliers.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
