The role emphasizes both quantitative and qualitative methods, generating personas, journey maps, reports, and presentations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid MN environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a UX-related field.
• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience planning and executing qualitative research using multiple methods.
• Experience creating UX deliverables like journey maps, personas, and reports.
• Experience managing projects with limited oversight.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies.
• Ability to work in a professional environment and learn business complexities.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and conduct user research using quantitative and qualitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workshops.
• Analyze research data to identify user behaviors, needs, pain points, and improvements.
• Communicate insights in personas, journey maps, reports, and presentations.
• Manage the full research process from study design to recruitment, scheduling, moderation, analysis, and repository maintenance.
• Collaborate with UX team members and stakeholders while advocating for user-centered design.
