About the Role:

As a UX Researcher, you will focus on improving the user experience of the organization’s websites, applications, and services and will design and conduct all forms of user research to provide insights into customer desires, uncover behaviors, needs and pain points. The UX Researcher will communicate research findings to designers, developers, and other areas of the business in a way that builds empathy and catalyzes action. A big part of the role will be using your expertise in both quantitative and qualitative user research methods. Being a team player and having a desire to deliver the best product to customers will be a key function. This is a hybrid role, and some time is required working onsite in our Corporate Headquarter, therefore persons living in MN are preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Regular attendance is required. Work takes place in a semi paperless environment within an office setting, either on business premises or other remote location, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers, which requires being stationary for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and work with close vision. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Work is performed indoors with little to no exposure to extreme outdoor weather conditions.
