Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in UX design, UX research, interaction design, or related disciplines.
• Ability to apply user-centered design principles to solve business and customer challenges.
• Proven ability to create UX deliverables: personas, journey maps, IA, wireframes, prototypes, usability findings.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills across cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to accessibility, inclusive design, and continuous learning.
• Able to work remotely from the United States and collaborate with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
• Create intuitive experiences with user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, partners, developers, researchers, and fellow designers to deliver solutions across web, mobile, and digital platforms.
• Advocate for users by applying research, analytics, accessibility standards, and best practices to improve experiences.
• Contribute to design practice by sharing ideas, participating in Agile ceremonies, and staying current on UX trends.
