You will lead subcontractors and crews, track progress and costs, and work with field leadership to deliver construction safely, to specification, and on schedule. This early-career leadership opportunity suits someone with strong coordination experience who is ready for greater project

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of field-based project management experience in utilities, infrastructure or construction.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, scopes of work and contract deliverables.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for active field environments.

• Develop work plans, short-term schedules, and construction sequences; lead job start-ups and daily planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, equipment mobilization, and material deliveries with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress, costs, quantities, and productivity; escalate risks and issues.
• Ensure checklists, redlines, drawings, and inspections meet client specs and standards.
• Document scope changes; prepare information for change orders and reporting.
• Lead safety discussions, risk assessments, permits, and incident records; participate in audits.
