Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking a Project Manager to own defined scopes on active utility construction projects. You will coordinate daily execution, lead subcontractors, track progress and costs, and ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule delivery.

You bring 5–10+ years of field PM experience, a Construction Management or Engineering degree, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Procore, or SiteDocs. Hybrid work with on-site presence and travel up to ~30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of field-based project management experience.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, scopes of work, and contract deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, schedules, and field start-ups; lead daily huddles and planning sessions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, costs, and productivity; elevate risks and field issues promptly.
• Ensure checklists, redline drawings, and inspection records meet client specs.
