Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies in the United States is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead field execution across complex utility construction projects, coordinating construction managers, foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and crews.

You will align field priorities with project targets, drive workforce deployment, site logistics, and ensure safety, quality, and cost-effective delivery while collaborating with Project Managers and internal teams.

Qualifications

12–15 years of progressive experience in utility or infrastructure construction.
Progression from field supervision to broader project leadership across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of construction execution and resource management.
Experience with earned value tracking and basic commercial awareness.
Proficiency with project tools (Procore, SAP, Primavera, MS Project) and field documentation systems.
Diploma or degree in Construction, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
Driver's license and ability to travel to remote project sites.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution across complex utility construction projects.
Oversee construction managers, foremen, superintendents, subcontractors, and crews.
Coordinate schedules, field look-ahead plans, and delivery targets.
Ensure safety, quality, and production expectations on site.
Represent construction performance in client meetings and reviews.
Coach and mentor field leaders to strengthen planning and accountability.
