Siemens US is seeking a U.S. Customs Assurance Manager to support U.S. Customs Operations through data analysis, compliance monitoring, reporting, and process improvement. This role is remote.

You will investigate issues beyond system results, explain regulatory bases, and partner across functions to strengthen customs compliance and operational performance. You will build dashboards, KPIs, and scalable controls that reduce risk and improve data integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in customs compliance, operations, brokerage, or trade analytics.
• Knowledge of U.S. import regulations, HTS classification, valuation, and country-of-origin processes.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify anomalies, and communicate findings clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reporting).
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain customs reports, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze import and broker data to identify errors, trends, and risks.
• Perform root-cause analyses and support corrective actions for classifications and entry discrepancies.
• Design data validations, exception reporting, and monitoring controls.
• Support HTS classification reviews, USMCA activities, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for Operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with brokers, supply chain, logistics, finance, tech teams to resolve data and process issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve reporting and visibility.
