Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Customs Analytics & Systems Specialist to advance tariff analytics, FTZ reporting, and data governance across customs operations in the United States. You will transform complex tariff and compliance data into actionable insights, influence decisions, and partner with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve processes and controls.

The role emphasizes SAP GTS, data quality, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 10% and a strong focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience in customs, trade compliance, FTZ operations, supply chain analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, analytical reports, and management-level reporting.
• Strong data reconciliation, data quality, exception management, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Customs, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. tariff analytics, including exposure reporting and scenario modeling.
• Analyze customs and import data to identify exposure, cost drivers, anomalies, and mitigation opportunities.
• Conduct refund and recovery analyses to identify duty and tariff recovery opportunities.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc analyses to support tariffs, costs, sourcing, and supply chain decisions.
• Translate complex customs data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Own FTZ inventory reporting and analytical activities and support FTZ audits.
