Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, LLC, a division of Atlas Copco Group, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to support US customers with adherence to commercial best practices. You will manage orders, quotes, open orders, and communications with Account Teams and Credit Management.

Role requires 1+ year in customer service, SAP familiarity, and strong MS Office skills. Hybrid work from our Glenwillow, Ohio site offers growth and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year work experience in Customer Service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both over the telephone and in writing.
• SAP preferred but not required; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a high workload environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, expedite, monitor, and track customer orders and opportunities.
• Prepare, track, and maintain written quotations and open order reports.
• Communicate activity to Account Teams and work with Credit Management on billing and terms.
• Resolve issues with technical, price, and contract inquiries; support 24/7 on-call program.
• Create customer set ups domestically and export; manage shared mailboxes and invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and process credits/rebills as needed.
