Edwards Vacuum LLC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to provide best in class support to US customers, interfacing with sales, service, logistics, and finance to resolve issues and drive revenue.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year in customer service, with proficiency in SAP/Oracle and MS Office. It offers a hybrid work setup across Chandler, AZ and additional US locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-year work experience in Customer Service, ideally in an international and highly automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and interface with sales and service teams, technical support, logistics, supply chain, product managers, service centre and finance teams to generate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle internal and external communication professionally and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Manage and maintain multiple email boxes.
• Provide information on price, availability and product details using SAP/Oracle resources.
• Create and maintain customer details and record interactions according to defined rules.
• Prepare, track and file quotations with sales teams in line with internal policies and service levels.
• Manage order processes: book purchase orders, monitor orders and delivery dates with internal teams.
• Proactively manage dates, installation plans and project timelines, escalating when needed.
• Provide open order book status updates to customers as defined by CC Leads.
• Manage and maintain Key Account Customer Portals and consignment stocks.
• Drive activities to achieve financial objectives and ensure correct invoicing per terms.
