Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review confidential police records for accuracy and compliance.
• Create and maintain confidential police files and reports.
• Process requests for confidential records and criminal history information.
• Serve as liaison to internal and external contacts.
• Enter data into department records management system.
• Answer phones and sort mail; perform general office duties.
• Operate in SharePoint, Excel, and Crystal Reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment with sensitive information.
