Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years retail banking experience in Teller/Customer Service.
• General understanding of banking operations (Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Loss).
• Prior experience in fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to understand banking products and services.
• Willingness to cross-train in other branch functions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with customer-focused solutions.
• Confident, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Excellent phone skills and organizational abilities.
• Weekend work and extended hours may be required.
• Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging clients professionally and resolving issues promptly.
• Explain banking products and services and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance and referrals to licensed representatives.
• Handle Teller operations and process transactions accurately.
• Support branch leadership with sales and service goals and customer relationships.
• Assist in training new Tellers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain branch area and ensure security and compliance with policies.
