Job summary

Capital Insurance Group is seeking an Underwriting Trainer to design and deliver training for commercial and agriculture underwriting staff across guidelines, policies, and systems. You will collaborate with Regional Underwriting Managers and SMEs to keep materials current and impactful.

You will lead training projects, develop reference material, and evaluate program effectiveness while reporting to the Director - Underwriter Development & Audit. Hybrid work with in-office days required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering instructor-led training, live and virtual.
• Ability to develop instructional materials and reference content.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate and monitor training programs for underwriting staff.
• Collaborate with Regional Underwriting Managers and SMEs to update training materials.
