Zurich North America is seeking a UA Associate to join the Domestic Casualty team in a hybrid role reporting to the Los Angeles office. The position supports underwriters through risk review, rating guidance, and end-to-end servicing for new business and renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Zurich Apprentice with no prior insurance experience.
• High School Diploma plus 2+ years in admin or insurance and data skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Office and basic data collection/analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, evaluates, and summarizes risk exposures to aid underwriting decisions.
• Follows underwriting guidance to quote and issue policies accurately.
• Provides end-to-end servicing for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
• Responds to inquiries in a timely manner under supervision.
• Supports interactions with brokers/agents/customers with basic service.
