Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and understanding policy forms and endorsements.
• Intermediate level proficiency in word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine inquiries from agents and policyholders regarding quotes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other inquiries.
• Complete all assigned pre-renewals within a designated timeline prior to policy expiration.
• Quote and/or issue endorsements ensuring accuracy of changes.
• Evaluate renewal data in accordance with underwriting guidelines; consider profitability and loss ratio for the territory, pricing, and retention.
