Job summary

Healing Strides Counseling seeks a Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst to lead User Acceptance Testing for the Connecticut Child Support Modernization project in a hybrid role. You will design UAT scenarios, execute tests, and coordinate with program staff, vendors, and technical teams to ensure federal and business requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has hands-on UAT experience in Child Support, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Child Support Modernization implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, policies, case management operations, and workflows.
• Ability to execute detailed test cases, identify defects, and validate system functionality with high accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies in processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed UAT scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business processes and requirements.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing for quality and readiness.
• Document test execution results, identify issues, and create clear defect reports.
• Participate in defect triage, validate resolutions, retest, and verify production readiness.
• Validate functionality against Child Support policies, federal regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify gaps and potential business impacts during testing.
• Support UAT planning, readiness activities, status reporting, metrics collection, and test cycle completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Support statewide implementation activities, production validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
