Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive UAT across Child Support modules and business functions.
• Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data from requirements and workflows.
• Conduct functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing to assess system readiness.
• Document test results and prepare defect reports with reproducible steps.
• Participate in defect triage, validate fixes, and confirm production readiness.
• Verify system functionality against policies and federal regulations.
• Identify gaps and potential impacts during testing.
• Support UAT planning, status reporting, metrics, and test cycle completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues.
