Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Documentation into mainframe and brokerage systems with audit trails.
• Coordinate and track cash and security transfers, asset movements, and account terminations.
• Review operational reports for accuracy and escalate gaps to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Legal, Tax and vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
