Job summary

Hightower, a Chicago-based wealth management firm, seeks anOperations Specialist to support Client Agreements and custodian maintenance within the Operations team. You will ensure standard documentation, execute processes, and enhance day-to-day workflows for advisor practices and the home office.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in operations, strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with wealth-management tools. Hybrid work with in-office and remote days is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in operations or a similar role.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with high-net-worth advisors is a plus.
• Familiarity with wealth management tooling and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor operational processes per guidelines.
• Collaborate with finance, centralized services, and client reporting to streamline workflows.
• Create, maintain, and terminate custodian access for all advisor practices.
• Create, maintain, and terminate rep codes and data feed connections for all advisor practices.
• Support firms transitioning into Hightower.
• Handle special projects as needed.
