Intuvia Technologies is seeking a Data Entry Operations Specialist for a 12+ month contract, with a hybrid work arrangement in Buffalo, NY (ZIP 14210). The role involves high-volume data entry into mainframe and brokerage systems and maintaining audit-ready case notes.

You'll coordinate cash and security transfers, collaborate with Operations, Trust Officers, Legal and Tax teams, and identify process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven typing speed and high accuracy in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail to spot errors in heavy documentation.
• Clear verbal and written communication for cross-department coordination.
• Strong organization and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn mainframe/brokerage databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Enter high-volume financial data into mainframe and brokerage systems with accurate notekeeping for audits.
• Coordinate cash and security transfers and other asset movements with front-office teams.
• Review operational reports for accuracy, escalating gaps to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trust Officers, Legal, Tax and external vendors.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
