Job summary

New Horizon Bank is seeking a Trust Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and client service support for the Trust Department. You will coordinate account documentation, maintain records, process transactions, and support regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients, attorneys, accountants, and internal partners.

As a key member of the growing Trust team, you will help establish operational processes and procedures to support fiduciary excellence

Qualifications

• Experience with InnoTrust software strongly preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred; equivalent banking experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking, trust administration, wealth management, legal, or financial services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with trust accounting systems and fiduciary operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for trust, estate, agency, and custody accounts.
• Assist with onboarding new trust relationships, including account setup, documentation review, and system maintenance.
• Process account transactions, including deposits, distributions, transfers, fees, and account maintenance requests.
• Prepare trust account documentation, correspondence, meeting materials, and client reports.
• Maintain organized client files in accordance with regulatory and Bank record retention requirements.
• Coordinate account reviews and assist with annual administrative reviews.
• Support Trust Officers to ensure timely completion of client requests and fiduciary activities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
