Zusammenfassung

Zurich Cover-More is seeking a frontline support specialist for Travel Guard, serving as the first point of contact for Aon’s CareFree cruise guests and other travellers. You will coordinate risk mitigation, medical and security assistance, and manage communications across multiple channels.

Role requires English fluency, customer service experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service experience in travel or related fields.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone support and coordinate emergency evacuation and general assistance requests.
• Offer accurate referrals for medical, logistics, and travel needs.
• Coordinate responses to flight disruptions, delays, and trip interruptions.
• Monitor patient status and share updates with family or travel companions.
• Arrange medical evacuations with the Provider Network Group and Medical Case Management.
• Document end-to-end case handling thoroughly and accurately.
• Support telephone and document translation through authorized providers.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via phone, email, fax, and SMS.
• Initiate assessments and file claims on behalf of clients when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the Provider Network Group on onboarding/evaluating service providers.
