You'll partner with the Sr. Manager, Travel, to source opportunities, lead meetings with EAs/AAs, analyze spend data, and ensure accurate monthly reconciliation and reporting. A background in travel operations and data analytics is essential.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills with organizational awareness and sensitivity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with online booking tools and data reporting systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Ross Travel and Corporate Card Programs, including policy guidance and compliance.
• Provide high-touch support to executives, EAs, and admins; resolve travel-related issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports across multiple systems and categories; support spend reporting and insights.
