Job summary

MORPH ENTERPRISE, LLC in Jackson, TN is seeking a Training and Coaching Officer to deliver comprehensive Pre-Service and Specialty training to newly hired staff. The role also acts as an information liaison for new hires during onboarding and throughout Pre-Service, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and the Practice Model.

The ideal candidate will have direct child welfare experience and a proven track record in training delivery, with the ability to collaborate across teams and travel

Qualifications

• One year of direct child welfare field experience.
• One year of experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and virtual training tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pre-Service Training to new employees across Fundamentals of Child Welfare.
• Cover program-specific content based on service areas (e.g., CPS, Foster Care, Juvenile Justice).
• Provide trauma-informed case management practices and apply the Practice Model.
• Offer coaching and feedback to new hires based on field observations.
• Facilitate Mentor Certification Programs and Pro-School supervision as needed.
• Proctor Pre-Service Assessments and support evaluation processes.
