Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Transportation Operations Coordinator to support transportation operations, driver communications, customer service, compliance, and administrative tasks in California. You will serve as the central point of contact among drivers, customers, payroll, compliance, recruiting, and operations teams.

After approximately 30–60 days of onsite training, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of transportation experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to persuade.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellence in customer service and treat clients with core values.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Ultra Staff.
• Track and maintain company documents to stay compliant.
• Interact with customers and internal team members via phone, email, and chats.
• Collaborate with Sales, Recruiting, Compliance, and Payroll to ensure cohesiveness.
• Emphasize a culture that prioritizes worker safety.
