This is a hybrid opportunity supporting transportation operations, driver communications, customer service, compliance, and administrative functions. Will serve as a central point of communication between drivers, customers, payroll, compliance, recruiting, and operations teams. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, relationship management, documentation oversight, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless service experience.
After successfully completing approximately 30-60 days of onsite training, employees will transition to a hybrid work schedule based on performance and business needs.

Seeking a transportation, logistics, customer service, or operations professional with 3+ years of experience supporting drivers, customers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with transportation operations, dispatch coordination, CRM systems, compliance tracking, data entry, customer account management, problem resolution, and cross-functional communication. Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage confidential information, prioritize competing deadlines, and provide exceptional service. Experience collaborating with payroll, billing, recruiting, operations, and compliance teams is highly preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
