Baxter & Woodman seeks a Transportation Engineer Project Manager to lead design efforts across multiple Illinois offices in Crystal Lake, Chicago, Naperville, Mokena, or Bannockburn. • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review engineering plans using IDOT standards.
• Manage IDOT or Local Agency Phase I and II projects for various clients.
• Lead roadway, utility, drainage, traffic, and infrastructure studies.
• Provide civil engineering services for municipal, county and state clients.
• Support business development and client management for transportation projects.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and teaming agreements; assist in interviews.
