Gannett Fleming, Inc. seeks an Transportation Area Manager for the Mid-West Region. You will own the area’s strategy, growth, and P&L, ensuring profitable, high-quality project delivery aligned with regional and enterprise priorities.

You will lead client relationships, go-to-market plans, budgets, and staffing, while collaborating across regions to maximize opportunities. Eligible candidates bring extensive transportation consulting and leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, architecture, or a related field.
• Professional licensure, registration, or relevant certification.
• 15+ years of progressive transportation consulting, design planning, program management, or related experience.
• At least 5 years leading staff and managers.
• Strong financial acumen and business judgment with excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the Area business plan and growth strategy; own the area pipeline and sales forecast.
• Lead go/no-go decisions, teaming, capture plans, and pursuit investments within delegated authority.
• Build trusted relationships with priority clients and industry partners; serve as CSL or executive sponsor for selected accounts.
• Monitor client funding, market trends, and competitors; translate insights into growth actions and measurable sales results.
• Collaborate across Regions, Practices, and Growth Office to cross-sell services and pursue opportunities.
