Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a Transformation Lead to join our Technology Strategy and Transformation Office in a hybrid role with Cincinnati, OH. You will shape the future of global commerce by guiding complex integration and separation programs from Day 1 through steady-state operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in technology transformation, strategy, or related fields, with strong governance and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree plus 8-10+ years in Technology Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, or related cross-functional roles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external vendors/partners.
• Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex integration and separation programs across Technology to ensure Day 1 readiness through transition and steady-state operations.
• Develop end-to-end integration and separation workplans including Day 1 and 30/60/90 day execution, TSA design and exit with clear scope and timelines.
• Establish and lead program governance, including steering committees, RAID, change control, executive decision forums, and cross-functional dependency management.
• Oversee execution, coordinating cutovers, stabilization activities, and business readiness to maintain continuity and regulatory compliance.
• Direct TSA performance management, including service delivery monitoring, SLA adherence, billing coordination, accruals, and financial true-ups with Finance.
• Drive value realization by building and reporting business cases, synergies, TSA economics, KPIs, OKRs, and variance analyses.
