Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Cincinnati, OH to lead agile ceremonies and mentor the Enterprise Transaction Processing team. You will drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives while ensuring clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.

You will coach teams on Agile principles, help remove impediments, and monitor KPIs to improve delivery quality and predictability in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
CSM/PSM certification mandatory; CSP-SM/PSM II preferred.
Expert level knowledge of Agile development principles.
Experience with agile collaboration tools such as Rally, Miro, Teams.
Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills.
Ability to coach teams and remove impediments.

Responsibilities

Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Educate and coach the team to use standard ways of working, fostering consistency.
Provide guidance on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve obstacles hindering progress and delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams for alignment.
Track KPIs to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
Promote Agile best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance productivity.
