Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union in Tampa offers a full-time Training Delivery Specialist position with a hybrid work model blending in-office and remote work. You will design and deliver live learning sessions for the branch network, using adult learning methods and LMS tools to drive engagement and retention.

The role focuses on developing training materials, coordinating schedules, evaluating effectiveness, and maintaining curriculum quality while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of work experience and training
• Experience developing, delivering, and facilitating training materials and programs desired
• Experience with educational platforms and tools, including distance learning tools, LMS/CMS, and authoring tools
• Ability to design websites, web-based training programs, and online programs
• Experience with project management of training programs
• Knowledge of processes, policies, procedures, and the ability to perform tasks expected of Branch Member Advocate related to competency/skillset

Responsibilities

• Host professional and engaging learning sessions for various audiences
• Facilitate lectures, interactive activities, on-the-job training, and live simulations
• Conduct training onsite and offsite for member advocates and management groups
• Manage and schedule guest speaker sessions with vendors during class offerings
• Conduct fieldwork at branches to inform curricula
• Evaluate facilitation skills using surveys, coaching, and feedback
• Update course materials and delivery methods based on effectiveness
• Administer and maintain LMS and department systems
• Capture and report training data using tracking systems
• Prepare and present learning sessions per department standards
• Support mentorship program monitoring and learner onboarding
• Review policies, procedures, technologies, and training resources
• Communicate process updates to streamline operations and ensure compliance
• Create facilitator guides and engaging learning aids (PowerPoint, worksheets)
• Provide guidance for delivery and customer service best practices
• Demonstrate Suncoast Credit Union mission, values, and service promises
• Participate in enterprise projects by providing testing and feedback
• Address procedural gaps identified during classes
• Maintain current knowledge of trends, laws, and issues in the field
• Attend educational events to grow professional knowledge
• Complete annual compliance and information security training
