Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience: Three years of related financial institution experience, with an emphasis on sales and operations; facilitating training sessions (both online and in person) of varying lengths, delivering presentations, and communicating complex information clearly to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, facilitate, and continuously improve employee training programs, including onboarding, orientation, lending, compliance, sales, service, operations, and professional development.
• Design engaging instructional materials, e-learning courses, and training tools using adult learning principles and accelerated learning techniques.
• Evaluate training needs and select effective instructional methods to improve employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
