Qualifications

• Doctorate degree required.
• Master’s degree with 2 years in pharma/training or-equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years in pharma/training or-equivalent.
• Associate’s degree with 8 years in pharma/training or-equivalent.
• High school diploma with 10 years in pharma/training or-equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Training Associates, setting priorities and coaching.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues.
• Monitor onboarding rosters and training participation.
• Coordinate and manage onboarding communications and LMS compliance.
• Run reports from LMS, Tableau, and Power BI and manage training metrics.
