This role partners with field and home office teams to deliver onboarding, curriculum compliance, and live training programs, coordinating with cross-functional partners for launches and updates. Qualifications

• Education requirements range from Doctorate to High School with progressive training/sales/marketing experience.
• Advanced degrees preferred for leadership roles in pharmaceutical training.
• Multiple pathways acknowledge diverse professional backgrounds in training and sales.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Oncology Sales training curriculum for the OBU.
• Lead onboarding and new hire training programs.
• Ensure curriculum compliance and coordinate Phase II live trainings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, updates, and content.
• Align with Regional Directors to support training strategies and field readiness.
