Public Service Ombudsman in the UK is seeking two Trainers to join our in-house training team, delivering sessions on casework, digital skills and management development to colleagues both face-to-face and online.

As a Trainer, you will design and deliver sessions, facilitate learning, provide feedback, and adapt materials for diverse audiences while collaborating with subject matter experts. The role blends home-working with about 40% office time in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating learning across formats, including face-to-face and digital delivery.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development activity.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to groups, both in person and online.
• Design practical learning materials for diverse audiences and learner needs.
