Job summary

Osaic is seeking an Operations Trainer II to design, develop, and deliver training solutions that enable employees to perform operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The role partners with leaders and SMEs to translate complex processes into practical, engaging learning experiences.

You will facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand programs, manage multi-week training cohorts, and evaluate outcomes to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in learning & development, education, business, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years delivering employee training in operations, financial services, or regulated environments preferred.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and real-time delivery adjustment skills.

Responsibilities

• Design instructor-led, virtual, blended, and on-demand training for systems, processes, onboarding, and initiatives.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for varied roles and levels using adult-learning principles.
• Translate policies and workflows into practical instruction and job aids for performance support.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to analyze needs, define outcomes, and create training plans for new programs and changes.
• Coordinate structured on-the-job training with schedules, coaching expectations, and readiness criteria.
• Monitor learner progress, conduct knowledge checks, and assess performance to drive improvements.
• Keep training content current and stay proficient in Osaic systems and service standards.
• Provide responsive support to internal partners and learners, adapting approach as needed.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement.
