Job summary

Allspring Global Investments is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to ensure accurate trade execution, settlement, and lifecycle event management. You will oversee the outsourced middle office, monitor service delivery, and drive timely issue resolution in a hybrid office setting with four in-person days per week in Milwaukee or London.

You will partner across investment teams, traders, clients, and external providers to resolve complex post-trade problems, support account openings and mandate

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced middle office operations and monitor service delivery.
• Act as liaison among investment teams, traders, clients, and service providers.
• Collaborate with PMs, traders, operations, tech, and external providers to resolve post-trade issues.
• Support client account lifecycle events and onboarding for new initiatives.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting settlement, client servicing, or risk.
• Explore automation and process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
