Job summary

Socket.dev in Milwaukee (hybrid) is seeking a Middle Office Oversight Specialist to monitor outsourced provider performance, resolve escalations, and strengthen controls across settlement and lifecycle events.

You will partner with investment teams, traders, clients, and service providers to ensure accurate post-trade processing, risk mitigation, and scalable operations while embracing automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of outsourced middle office operations and monitor service delivery.
• Serve as liaison among investment teams, traders, clients and the service provider.
• Partner with PMs, traders, operations and tech to resolve post-trade issues.
• Support client lifecycle events including openings, changes and onboarding.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, risk controls and scalability.
