Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.
• SQL used for data analysis and incident investigation.
• Familiar with JSON, XML, and Parquet formats.
• Strong troubleshooting of apps, infra, and OS issues.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation habits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
