Qualifications

• Two years of experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Orion Eclipse Software and Envestnet preferred.
• Fidelity and Schwab platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transmit trades through our Trading platforms.
• Review, process, and document trade errors.
• Answer incoming advisor questions regarding trades and correction.
• Reconcile trades to ensure proper execution and identify unexecuted orders.
• Assist Portfolio Trading Strategists and Advisors on complex trades.
• Collaborate with Custodians via phone/email to rectify NIGO items.
• Conduct security research as needed.
• Assist with other Trading Operations processes.
