Job summary
AssetMark seeks a Manager, Trade Operations to lead a trading team for a $160B+ wealth platform. You will execute trading strategy, strengthen controls, and reduce risk while coaching traders and driving process improvements.
The role supports hybrid work near Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ, with focus on performance metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering client outcomes. 8+ years in financial services and a Finance degree are preferred.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial services with trade operations or managed accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
- Licenses/certifications such as Series 7/24 are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of traders to execute trades timely and accurately.
- Drive process improvements and manage risk metrics and controls.
- Coach, develop, and empower traders for growth.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to support operations and tech.
- Write clear business requirements and review testing results.
- Support change management and scalable trading workflows.
