Job summary

RSUI Group, Inc. seeks a collaborative TPA Claims Examiner to join our commercial E&S Property Claims unit in Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid schedule. You will oversee the TPA workflow to ensure timely claims handling in accordance with service agreements and billing guidelines.

The role emphasizes in-person collaboration, strong client service, and accurate file documentation. You will provide guidance to TPAs, contribute to audits, and support the team through meetings and company events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property claims experience.
• Georgia Adjuster’s License required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete new assignments to the TPAs and monitor progress.
• Timely completion of the CNRs and diary entries.
• Provide oversight and guidance to TPAs on losses beyond their authority.
• Responsible for TPA monthly reports and assist with annual audits.
• Attend business-related functions and team meetings.
