Job summary

Western Midstream seeks a Title Analyst in The Woodlands, TX to join the Land Administration team. You will maintain land records, manage monthly expiration calendars, and update landowner records while inputting data into the Quorum Land System.

You’ll collaborate with the Land team to deliver research, reports, and documentation. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of lease and contract review, understand surface rights and lease maintenance, and are proficient with Quorum Land System and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lease and contract review experience.
• Understanding of surface rights and lease maintenance.
• Proficiency with Quorum Land System and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lease and contract provisions and input into Quorum Land System.
• Review and recommend monthly rental payments with Land team.
• Evaluate ownership and maintain landowner records.
• Collaborate with Land team and provide research, reports, and documentation.
• Review management reports to ensure data accuracy.
