Job summary

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with SAP timekeeping, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule: in-office Tue/Wed, home Mon, Thu, Fri.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and reviewing data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and SLAs.
• Comfort working with confidential employee information and following data protection requirements.
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn complex timekeeping rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line contact for employees with timekeeping questions.
• Manage and resolve inquiries through the ServiceNow Case System, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Research and troubleshoot timekeeping issues with HR, Payroll, or management as needed.
• Perform accurate data entry of timekeeping information and schedule changes.
• Review timekeeping entries for completeness and accuracy; follow up on inconsistencies.
• Process and review weekly audit reports to identify discrepancies and support improvements.
