7 Diamond Builders is seeking a high-energy Residential Design & Sales Consultant in the Tampa Bay area. You will conduct in-home consultations, present custom design solutions for outdoor spaces, and close high-ticket residential contracts.

This full-time, 100% commission-based role relies on company-provided leads and self-generated business. Expect a base ramp-up via draw and a sign-on bonus while building your pipeline across the greater Tampa Bay market.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling home improvements or high-ticket projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to close sales during initial appointment.
• Strong prospecting and hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations for roofing, sunrooms, screens, windows, doors, remodeling, and outdoor living projects.
• Evaluate homeowners' needs and recommend design and home improvement solutions.
• Explain options, pricing, financing, and value of working with 7 Diamond Builders.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and follow a structured closing process.
• Travel throughout the Tampa Bay territory for appointments and maintain records of activity.
