Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth in the Greensboro area. The role involves meeting activity targets for quotes and orders, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with installation crews.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales in construction/industrial markets, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft 365. A valid driver’s license is required and a home-office option is available.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation site work with the Construction Division crews, including occasional weekend/holiday installs.
