Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional in Alamance-Orange-Chatham Counties, NC. This hybrid role combines home-office and on-site engagement with key schools and clubs, driving full-cycle sales.

You will prospect, manage accounts, and develop relationships with coaches and program leaders. Expect 2–5 days of travel weekly and CRM-driven performance metrics. Competitive base with potential incentives accompanies comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to coaches within the assigned territory to generate revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns; manage CRM activity.
• Travel 2–5 days per week to local schools and organizations within the territory.
