Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in the assigned territory and service customers across schools and communities. This hybrid, full-time role requires local residency to maximize sales opportunities and manage client relationships.

The position involves evenings and weekends as needed, with travel 2-5+ days weekly to schools and events. You will demonstrate core values and drive revenue growth within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Must possess high level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel within territory.
